In a large 2 page article published in the Daily Examiner on the 20th of July 2018, the Bay Building Services Team were recognised for all their work at a large industrial complex in Grafton, NSW.
Following massive hail damage to this large industrial complex in December, 2017, Bay Building Services were appointed to undertake the works and in April set up a temporary office in Grafton for the duration of works. This large industrial complex with over 30 tenants including Australia Post, CSR, a gym and child care centre suffered extensive hail damage to 16,000m2 of roof including large sections of asbestos roofing. The team worked tirelessly with local trades to complete staged repairs on site, working around the existing tenants to minimize business interruption. Careful consideration was needed with asbestos present to ensure safe removal and disposal of the hazardous material throughout repairs.
This multi-million dollar repair is now complete and it is back to business as usual for the grateful owners and tenants. Another successful project by our Major Projects Team!
